Ooh these are all good ones! I’ve started cutting down on people I follow, realising it’s not doing me any good at all as you say to have so much input. So looking forward to your book, I think it’s going to be so comforting to read.

Slowing down has been my biggest struggles sometimes- but I’ve progressed so much and it’s insane how much life speeds up when YOU slow down like wow

The “notice the drama“ one made me realize I am causing myself more pain while processing the loss of a relationship, by adding a story to it just so I can feel in control of the narrative. Not knowing is harder, but without the story the grief doesn’t feel so all-consuming! Incredible, thank you 💗

I can’t believe you have thoughts that “no one will care” or that you should delete what you’re writing! Your posts and newsletters have been SO beneficial for me and my mental health, I’m so grateful for what you put out for us! That being said I do struggle a lot with “no one will care” and it has truly prevented me from doing so much. Thanks for the reminders, appreciate you!

Someone will care resonated with me the most. "Nothing you say matters" hurt even while I was just reading it, can still hear it echoing in my head and heart. Thank you for the things to tell ourselves❤️
